They provide everything from appeal against the decision of the Head of the Office for Foreigner and case interventions to language suport (during visits to the doctor, when submitting the application, interviewing at the voivodship office), as well as labour cosultations, asylum, detention, racism and discrimination, migation, and more. Centrum Pomocy Prawnej im. Haliny Nieć is a non-governmental public benefit organization founded in Krakow in 2002. For 23 years, CPPHN has been working to protect human rights, primarily by providing free legal assistance to groups at risk of social exclusion and discrimination, including the poor, victims of domestic violence, foreigners, and refugees. It monitors compliance with human rights standards,
undertakes legal interventions and advocacy, and implements research and educational projects. The Center also works to combat human and child trafficking by organizing social campaigns and providing legal support to victims.
